1. What are your ratings?

2. What amenities are included in the apartments?
All our apartments offer a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:
- Private Outdoor Space: You can find in our apartments one with a secluded patio, another with a fantastic oceanfront balcony and lush gardens, other a beautiful private terrace and even another one with a private jacuzzi.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your meals with ease using modern appliances.
- Air Conditioning: Stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay.
- High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary internet access.
- Smart TV: Access your favorite shows and movies during your downtime.
- Shared Outdoor Pool: Our buildings have fantastic pools, unfortunately not all of them heated.
- Private Parking: Convenient on-site complimentary parking for guests with vehicles, including electric vehicle outlet.
- Linen & Toiletries: Enjoy high quality products.
3. Are the apartments suitable for families?
Yes, we welcome children and provide many amenities at your request with no extra cost, like cribs, highchairs, baby bathtub, diaper trash can and lots of toys and books for different ages. Just tell us what you need.
4. What additional services do you offer?
Feel free to ask us about the following services to improve your stay:
– Mid-stay cleanings on your preferred schedule
– Flowers or wine to celebrate special occasions
– Initial supermarket purchase to have the apartment stocked when you arrive
5. What is the check-in and check-out process?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. For early check-ins or late check-outs, please contact us in advance to confirm availability. We always have someone waiting for you, either a doorman or one of our team members. We will send you an online check-in form two days before your arrival, and we will need to verify your documents during the check in process to comply with the Portuguese regulations.
6. Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Most of our properties welcome pets. Please contact us directly to discuss pet accommodations and any associated policies.
7. How far are the apartments from downtown Funchal?
The Savoy Residence Insular apartments are in the center of everything in Funchal. Reid’s Gardens is in a noble part of town and a 15-minute walk from downtown.
8. Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, all the apartments are well-served by public transportation, including bus, Uber and taxi services, making it convenient to explore the island.
9. Are there any additional fees or deposits?
No. We do not charge any additional fees or deposits. If you require additional services, we can address that separately.

10. How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting us via email or phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.
11. Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes. We offer the following refunds for direct reservations on our website www.madeiranests.com:
100% refund up to 14 days before arrival
50% refund up to 7 days before arrival
No refund less than 7 days before arrival
12. Can I change a reservation?
Please send us a message with your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we can’t find a solution for your change, we always honor the cancellation policy terms and conditions.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We process major international credit cards, accept bank transfers in euros to a Portuguese bank, in US Dollars to a US bank, as well as Zelle transfers. If the payment method that you prefer does not appear on the check-out process, please send as a message at geral@madeiranests.com and we will coordinate with you promptly.
