This is a beautiful Airbnb and we truly enjoyed our stay — from beginning to end. The accommodation was next-level… beautiful interior and private deck on the second floor, and a shared infinity pool that overlooked the busy street below, but felt like you were in your own little paradise. Definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next trip to Madeira!

Absolutely the best Airbnb we have stayed in! It’s even better than the pictures. Had all the amenities you could think of and more. The attention to detail was incredible. The hosts were amazing as well. They gave great recommendations and very easy to contact. They really made our stay special. Hopefully we will be back to Madeira again one day and will for sure be staying here again!

Wow, this experience exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, peaceful, but a short walk to the center of town. The apartment, furnishings, and view from the balcony were exceptional. There is secure parking behind a gate, and 24 hour security. The apartment has everything, including umbrellas, beach bags, and cookbooks (we enjoyed cooking some Portuguese specialties from them). Even a set of excellent knives and an apron! The hosts, Daniel and Miguel, were very welcoming and very responsive, they went way beyond the norm to make sure we had a pleasant and enjoyable vacation. I’m afraid we are spoiled forever, this experience sets a high bar by which we will judge future vacation rentals. 8^) We are looking forward to returning!

Appartement moderne, très bien équipé et impeccable côté propreté. L’emplacement est vraiment top +++, tout est à proximité. La résidence est sécurisée avec portier, et la piscine est un vrai plus. Tout était nickel, je recommande à 100 % !

Our stay was short and sweet - our last night in Madeira. Beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and everything was spotless. Given all the thoughtful details and excellent location this would be the ideal place to stay for your first nights in Madeira. We hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful and even bigger than the photos. It was extremely quiet but still in such a central location. The concierge were always on hand to help if needed. The hosts even sent some complimentary gifts for my birthday. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

This was an excellent place for our family (2 adults, one 5 year old child). It’s easy to walk to many restaurants and attractions. The space was very clean and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

We loved our stay! Very quiet and peaceful yet in the middle of everything! The private courtyard and pool were highlights. Space was very clean and host was very responsive.

Great apartment , exactly as described and a top location in central Funchal. Everything that you need is there, very comfy bed and linens, good shower and lovely soaps, shampoo etc provided. The rooftop terrace and the block's rooftop pool were both lovely spaces; although we didn't use them much due to variable weather. Garage parking also very handy. Daniel was very helpful also the doorman who met us on arrival. All in all a first class place to stay in Funchal.

Our stay at this unit with Madeira Nests was wonderful. The apartment is modern and very comfortable, and it is so well located within Funchal. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and some staple ingredients (olive oil, spices, etc) should you choose to cook, and other amenities such as the washing machine all worked well. The rooftop including the pool is stunning, especially on a clear and sunny day. The private parking space in the garage was also a nice and convenient part of our stay, since there is so much excellent hiking outside of Funchal. Daniel and the Madeira Nests team were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay, and they clearly take a lot of pride in this unit and hosting guests. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at the apartment was amazing!! The location couldn’t be better, the place is beautiful, very clean and even had extras for our baby! On the last night they gave me a birthday surprise and let us park our car all day in the garage the day of check out. We will definitely stay here again when back in Madeira! We had a fantastic stay with Madeira Nests! The sea view from our apartment was stunning, and we loved spending time on the spacious, comfortable balcony. The apartment’s location was excellent, with many phenomenal restaurants nearby (we enjoyed the host recommendations), and we often walked into town. The beds were comfortable, the decor was lovely, the kitchen was exceptional, and the hosts were wonderful. As two couples, we noticed that one of the en-suite bedrooms was significantly more spacious than the other - not a complaint, just something to keep in mind for those traveling together. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully finished apartment in Madeira, which perfectly balances the essence of home with holiday chic. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas and a charming garden oasis created a serene atmosphere, even in February. The private garden, accessible from both the bedroom and the lounge, was a lovely retreat, and the en-suite shower and spacious wardrobes added to our comfort, as well as a separate laundry and a water closet The location next to Mercado dos Lavradores was fantastic. The highlight of our stay was the stunning rooftop glass infinity pool, which offered breathtaking views of Funchal and the sea. This apartment provided the best self-catering experience on the island, equipped with a well-appointed kitchen, quality toiletries, and free parking. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Fantastic location with an unbeatable view. Lots of space and comfort, a very quiet and safe building. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return soon. I would recommend this beautiful place with a personalized service in a heartbeat. We felt very welcome and both the owner and the management company were very responsive and available to help with any questions we had.

We loved it, beautiful apartment, fully equipped and an added bonus of a fab terrace with seating, loungers etc including a BBQ to cook on if you wished, The apt building is very, very central and Daniel the host from Maeira Nests couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Absolutely stunning apartment with a gorgeous rooftop and pool over looking the mountains and Funchal seafront. Felt extremely luxurious but homely too. Right in the centre of Funchal. Hosts were amazing, flexible and extremely helpful.

Madeira Nests is a great choice if you want to be in the center of Funchal and have all the amenities you could think of. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is decorated nicely and offers some tranquility and privacy in the middle of the city. The supermarket is right around the corner and nearly all Funchal highlights are at walking distance. Daniel is a great host and was very welcoming and pro active with recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was very clean and well prepared when we arrived. The host was very responsive and helpful in sharing local knowledge and recommendations. We spent New Years here and the roof terrance was a perfect location to watch the fireworks. Apartment was modern, clean, well equipped and very well located. Daniel's apartment is beautiful. It was very spacious and exactly as described. The rooftop pool is a perfect spot for sunset, and the location is very convenient for walking to the shops & restaurants in Funchal. Excellent stay!

The best air bnb we have stayed in!! Loved the layout, we felt right at home, super clean, had everything we needed and we had the best couple days getaway. Its was perfect! We also took our puppy, which the garden was perfect for, he loved running up and down and also felt right at home We highly recommend!! A beautiful, new, prestige apartment development in an extremely central location near to all the sites and restaurants. Fantastic to have a dedicated car park space underground as parking in Funchal is not easy. Extremely high quality finish and fresh. Lovely terrace on top with BBQ and sun loungers from where you can get a good view but sadly the weather was not conducive when we were there to make the most of them nor did we get to use the rooftop pool in the main block. Daniel was really helpful and prompt in response to queries. Would highly recommend as a central town base.

Clean and well stocked home exactly as pictured. The host quickly provided us with power plug converter a few minutes after we requested it. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for four nights and had an amazing experience. The parking and check in instructions were clear, and the place is in a very walkable location close to many attractions, restaurants, and tour companies. It’s a gorgeous apartment and was very clean, and the bottles of water and fresh fruit basket were a nice touch on arrival. We did minimal cooking during our time there, but the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to make full meals. We had everything else we needed to feel comfortable. The private upstairs terrace was a lovely place to have a drink or eat. We also utilized the shared patio and pool area which has a gorgeous view. We would recommend this stay with no hesitation!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in Funchal! Unser Aufenthalt im Savoy Residence Madeira Nests war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, geräumig und extrem sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, was uns erlaubt hat, einige Mahlzeiten selbst zuzubereiten und den schönen Essbereich zu genießen. Das Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem – wir haben jede Nacht fantastisch geschlafen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Funchal, die Seilbahn und tolle Restaurants sowie einen großen Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Auch die Dachterrasse mit Grill ist einfach atemberaubend und es war eine Freude, morgens den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten oder abends bei einem Glas Wein die Lichter der Stadt zu genießen. Das Team war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und prompt, was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. We had a wonderful 6 night stay here. Everything worked well from the moment we arrived - the check-in instructions provided were very clear and we had no trouble parking our car and collecting the keys. The apartment is fabulous: it’s new, very clean and extremely comfortable. Daniel has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay special and for you to feel at home. It is also in a great location. We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again when we return to Madeira. And we’d highly recommend it to our friends too. Thanks, Daniel 🙂
